I recently got a message that brought to our attention that the registration fee (6500Kr, ~900USD) constitutes a significant entry barrier for some students. 

To that I suppose we can say that we will try to provide financial support to as many participants as possible. The exact number is still a bit in the air as we are still waiting for decisions on some grant applications.  So if I am saying"50-75%", that would a guestimate. To put that into perspective, we are expecting between 75-100 participants.

In any case, we want you to know that the fee is tightly calculated and covers full boarding in a modern conference center, transfers, an excursion and other activities. We simply could not have lowered the fees,and they are not unlike many other such international events, I believe.

 If you are concerned, we encourage you to look into alternative funding sources and hope that money will not be a selective force in this event!
